Round coasters measure 93 mm in diameter and square coasters measure 93 × 93 mm. Every design is available in both shapes.

They are printed in full colour on 470 g beer mat board, the thick, absorbent board used for drinks coasters.

The minimum is 100 coasters and you can order up to 250,000. The price per coaster drops as the quantity grows: compare every quantity on our quantity pricing page.

Custom artwork orders ship within 5 working days. You receive the carrier tracking link by email when your coasters ship. See track your order.

Shipping costs €4.80 to Portugal and Spain and €8.90 to the rest of Europe, per order. The exact cost for your address is shown at checkout before you pay.

Yes. A person on our team reviews every file before production. If something could affect the print, such as low resolution or text too close to the edge, we email you before printing.

Yes. Print it at least 25 mm wide, dark on a light background, and keep it inside the safe area. Our free QR code generator creates a print-ready file.

Coasters printed with your own artwork are made to your specification, so they are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. For ready-made designs, you can withdraw within 14 days of delivery, as set out in our refund policy. If your order arrives damaged or does not match the artwork you approved, contact us with your order number and photos and we reprint or refund it.

We deliver to 30 European countries: every country in the European Union, plus the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway. For the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway, import duties or taxes may be charged on delivery.
