How it works
Choose a design or upload your own artwork, pick round or square and your quantity, and we check every file before it goes to print. Four steps, no print-shop jargon.
1. Choose your starting point
Order one of our ready-made designs as it is, or upload your own artwork in Hey Coasters Studio.
2. Choose shape and quantity
Round (93 mm diameter) or square (93 × 93 mm), from 100 to 250,000 coasters. Both shapes cost the same, and the price per coaster drops as the quantity grows. See the full quantity pricing.
3. Preview and approve
The preview shows your coaster with the cut line and the safe area, and warns you if an image is too low in resolution for print. Our artwork guide has the sizes, bleed and free templates.
4. We check, print and ship
A person on our team checks every file before production and emails you if something needs a fix. Your coasters are printed in full colour on 470 g beer mat board. Custom artwork ships within 5 working days. Follow every step on track your order.
