1. About us

heycoasters.com is operated by Rules Scape, Unipessoal Lda, Rua do Passal 7, 4935-537 Neiva, Viana do Castelo, Portugal, Tax ID (NIF) 518 815 617, email info@heycoasters.com, phone +351 965 677 050. In these terms, "we" and "us" means Hey Coasters and "you" means the customer.

2. Scope

These terms apply to every order placed on heycoasters.com. Our Shipping policy, Refund policy and Privacy policy form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.

3. Products and previews

We print paper coasters in full colour on 470 g beer mat board, in round (93 mm diameter) and square (93 × 93 mm) formats. You can choose one of our ready-made designs or upload your own artwork. Coasters are sold in packs from 100 units, and the price shown is for the full pack. Previews and mockups on the website are illustrations. Printed colours can look slightly different from your screen, and cutting has a small tolerance.

4. Your artwork and content

When you upload artwork, logos or images, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them, and that they do not break the law or the rights of others, including trademarks and copyright. We may refuse or cancel an order with content that is unlawful, infringing or offensive. In that case we refund any amount paid.

You allow us to use your files only to check, produce and deliver your order. You are responsible for checking the preview, spelling, layout and content before you approve your artwork. We check every file for print quality, but our check does not replace your own proofreading.

5. Orders

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. The contract is concluded when we send you the order confirmation email. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if it cannot be produced, for example if the artwork cannot be printed to an acceptable standard and no corrected file is supplied, or if a product was shown with an obvious pricing error.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and include VAT where it applies. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken at checkout using the methods shown there.

8. Withdrawal, returns and refunds

Your right of withdrawal and how returns, reprints and refunds work are described in our Refund policy. Custom artwork orders are made to your specifications and are not covered by the 14-day right of withdrawal.

9. Our designs

All Hey Coasters designs, text, photos and graphics on this website belong to us or our licensors. Buying coasters does not transfer any rights to our designs, and you may not reproduce them for other purposes without our written permission.

10. Liability

We are responsible for supplying products that match their description and these terms. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for losses caused by artwork or content you approved. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

11. Complaints and disputes

If something goes wrong, please contact us first at info@heycoasters.com. Consumers in Portugal can also use the electronic complaints book at www.livroreclamacoes.pt. In the event of a consumer dispute, you may refer the matter to CIAB, Centro de Informação, Mediação e Arbitragem de Consumo (Tribunal Arbitral de Consumo), Rua D. Afonso Henriques 1, 4700-030 Braga, Portugal, www.ciab.pt.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
