If you already have a finished design, upload it in Hey Coasters Studio. Custom artwork ships within 5 working days once your file has passed our check. You can upload a PDF, JPG or PNG file and see an instant preview on a round or square coaster before you order. The preview also estimates the resolution of your image at the final size, so you know straight away if the file is sharp enough for print.

What makes a good custom coaster

A coaster is small, so simple artwork works best. Use a clear logo, strong contrast and a short line of text rather than a paragraph. Keep important elements away from the edge, and send vector artwork or images of at least 300 DPI at 93 × 93 mm. Our artwork guidelines explain everything in more detail.

Round or square

Both formats share the same finished size. Round coasters feel traditional and suit most bars and pubs. Square coasters give your artwork more usable space and a more contemporary look, which suits typographic designs and wide logos.

Quantities for every kind of project

Order from 100 up to 250,000 coasters. Small runs are ideal for weddings, birthdays, launches and pop ups. Larger runs suit restaurants and bars that use coasters every day, hotel groups, breweries, festivals and marketing campaigns. The price per coaster falls as the quantity rises.

Checked before we print
